Once they do, a unique Zoom meeting link is created and added to the interview record in Aha! Discovery — so the details are ready in one place. Prefer to set things up manually? You can easily add or update the meeting link as needed.

Save yourself a few steps. Once the meeting ends, the recording and transcript are automatically shared via Zoom to the related interview record in Aha! Discovery. (No more downloading files and switching tools.) Now, you have everything you need to start the research analysis.
Turn conversations into insights
Uncover what customers really think. Review recordings and transcripts together — then, highlight notable quotes, tag takeaways, and use the AI assistant to summarize the session and sentiment. Promote your findings into new records in Aha! Roadmaps (such as initiatives, features, or personas) or link them to existing product work. This is a great way to use customer evidence to shape your roadmap plans.
The Zoom integration is included in Aha! Discovery Advanced, whether you use it as a standalone solution or as an upgrade to any Aha! Roadmaps plan. Roadmaps account.
Follow these steps in Zoom to get started:
Enable cloud recording and transcripts as an administrator in your Zoom account
Go to the User menu -> Settings ⚙️ Personal Meeting services and link your Zoom account
Click Allow so that Aha! Discovery has the appropriate permissions
